One subject arrested for outstanding warrants for possession of stolen property, larceny, vehicle code charges, and drug charges. – Police performed a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by three subjects after the vehicle drover over the center median off the freeway exit. The caller stated that she never actually witnessed the subject tampering with the ATM, just that the subject walked over to the ATM, used it quickly, then “slowly” walked back to a vehicle, stood around the area for a few minutes, and then left. – The caller believed that a suspicious male subject was possibly doing something to the ATM at the location. OCFA and the property manager would handle securing the residence. OCFA determined that the oven was left on and there was smoke only, no fire. Police found heavy smoke from the front door. – OCFA was responding for a report of smoke coming from the apartment.
